The Business Horse Program is an Equine Experiential Learning Adventure geared toward professionals who are looking for an unique and powerful staff development opportunity.

Through carefully designed activities with the horses and group, participants can discover more about themselves and learn valuable life skills such as communication, cooperation, problem solving and leadership.   Employers, in recent years, have embraced development that allows the learner to attain the practical skills necessary to excel in the workplace.  Through carefully designed activities, participants can discover more about themselves and learn valuable professional skills such as communication, cooperation, problem solving and leadership.  These activities require no previous horse experience.
